Charles Fussell & Co instructed to advise on multi-party dual-jurisdiction agreement

Charles Fussell & Co has been instructed to act in respect of a dispute involving sixteen separate parties. The parties now wish to resolve the dispute that has arisen between them, and Charles Fussell & Co will advise on the English law aspects of the settlement agreement.
